SET YOUR BUDGET

You've probably asked around and gotten all kinds of advice on what the budget of your ring should be.

The truth is that you should set a budget that is right for you. The price of an engagement ring is determined by a variety of factors - from the cut and carat of the diamond, to the design of the ring. If there's a ring design she loves, that's the best place to start. If there's a diamond shape she loves, begin there.

FIGURE OUT HER STYLE

With careful observation, you can learn a lot about what kind of ring she loves. If she doesn't wear rings, and an engagement ring will be a big adjustment, she might love a Solitaire Engagement Rings.

Be sure to take notice of the color of the jewelry she wears. Is it a white gold, yellow gold, or rose gold? Choose the color she wears more often. If possible, ask someone who is close to her, like her mother, sister or her friend – chances are she shared her preferences with one of them.

CHOOSE A RING

If you want your proposal to be a surprise, and are unsure of style preferences, propose with a simple Solitaire Engagement Ring.

To give her a true work of art, choose one of the designer's special rings or even choose a custom ring that will be unique and special.

DECIDE ON A DIAMOND SHAPE

Round diamonds are classic and offer a dynamic sparkle.

Square diamonds offer a more symmetrical look.

Choose a Pear or Oval cut to make the ring look unique and special.

THE 4 Cs

Every diamond is unique and its characteristics are determined according to its weight (carat), clarity, color and cut.

CUT: The cut grade indicates how much a diamond will sparkle.

COLOR: This grade refers to the "whiteness" of a diamond, or its lack of color.

CLARITY: The clarity grade is based on any tiny natural identifiers found within a diamond.

CARAT WEIGHT: This is a measure of a diamond's weight and a reflection of its size.

We've hand-selected all our diamonds to meet our above industry standards that ensure they will look perfect. Our diamonds are mostly at F color, VS clarity, with a cut grade of Good or better.
